Balemond is restrained with data. This page describes what we process and why.
Measurement without cookies
We measure visits to this website without cookies and without third-party technology. We do not store IP addresses. Visits are counted with an anonymised code that changes daily and cannot be traced back to you. This is why no cookie banner is needed.
Contact form
If you fill in the contact form, we keep your name, email address, message and — if you provide one — your phone number, in order to respond. We use this data for that purpose only and do not keep it longer than necessary to handle your enquiry. Your message is stored in our secured database (Supabase); we use Formspree to notify us of new messages by email. Both are processors; beyond that, your data is not shared with third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Let us know via the contact form on the homepage and we will handle your request. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
